'70 C10 with '67 Mirrors

Personal preference, Im replacing my square mirrors with some round ones..I think they look better. My question is the location of em. Only thing I have to go off of is pictures, so I am asking a favor of you '67 and '68 guys to measure the distance of the bracket from the front of the door. Or for a nice picture of it.
Thanks fellas
-Andrew

hope this helps,I know I know they are the wrong screws but what do you do with a kid thats in to much of a hurry too do anything correctly lol.

besides that there really isnt much room top to bottom on the placement but the ruler should show how far back they are.

I've wondered that myself. My 70 had the screws and backing plate for those mirrors, and the replacement doors that I bought off of another 70 had them as well.
