Re: power adder

I foresee detonation and melted pistons if you do.....

Drop the compression and up the boost.

Re: power adder

realistically, that compression is going to be an issue for you, unless you decide to run a different fuel type.

If you wanted to do it with a small 144 and your existing motor, it may be doable with a methanol kit so you can still run pump gas, but you might want to consult with a local tuner, as it would be a "potent" combo.

Re: power adder

You are in indiana. The corn fuel capitol of the world I have a buddy running upwards of 11-1 in a turbo application. But that is on e85, no meth, air to air intercooler and upwards of 25psi.

Re: power adder

well the blower bolts right to the top of the engine and theres not many choices on intercoolers, water meth injection may be the cheapest way to go

if im gana change anything it would be the pistons because there hipercraptic lol but they sell crate engines with blowers and hiper pistons and comes with a 2 year Warranty and plus your paying out $11,000 for it ... it better be good

yes all the gas in indiana is e15 or e85

Re: power adder

Run E 85 and a simple meth kit is not over the top price wise.. as a back up just in case. But the e 85 is great.. make sure you have the correct items to work with that fuel though, its not very rubber friendly.
