Airbags and c notches
I made the decision to pinch pennies and save for the up graded suspension. Can you guys give me the best recommendation on air bag kits and the bolt in c notch kits? I am thinking ride tech is the way to go, but would only be stage one due to costs. Then what brand c notch should I go with? And then do I go with drop spindles or leave everything stock in the front? Just looking for info from experienced people who have learned by doing these upgrades.

Re: Airbags and c notches
Ridetech will be nice...but relatively pricey. Check with porterbuilt and also forum vendor way2lo2 for a kit to suit your needs...

It depends a lot on if you want it really low or lay frame and wheel size. And most of our vendors carry ride techs stuff and its cheaper then there websites listed price too.

Re: Airbags and c notches
Looking at going with the Porterbuilt... I need to talk with them, they emailed me but I've been busy with a 7week old at home. Had questions on specs and if stage one was what I was looking for.

Re: Airbags and c notches
I was doing the same research you were 3 months ago. After much research on the forums and actually talking to the folks at Porterbuilt ( who ACTUALLY DO RETURN phone calls! ), I placed my order with them for a complete front and rear coilover touring dropmember setup for my '65 Fleetside. I have most of it installed. Any questions or concerns I have were followed up on immediately. Their customer support is second to none I have dealt with. I did a high dollar frame off on my '62 Impala over five years dealing with dozens of vendors and none have exceeded the level of service provided by Nate and company. Few have even come close. (Ride Tech being one that did). I have a 7000.00 Ride Tech Street Challenge setup on my Impala. After looking at my options ( Including Ride Tech ),I decided to go with Porterbuilt. No regrets so far and don't expect any. Durg.

Re: Airbags and c notches
Agreed on Nate and Porterbuilt team. Definitely the way I will be going on my next build, even though I did things differently on my first one (all custom frame work).
