Bad odor after rain.

When it rains and then I get in the truck there is a bad odor. Since the beginning of my build I have redone the interior from new carpet and pulling the dash and cleaning under the dash. There is no sign of wet carpet. The odor only last for a few minutes and then goes away. I also cleaned the ac evaporator and found no issues down below. Any suggestions on what I could check for would be appreciated. I keep thinking I am going to find something dead but where? I believe I have covered all my bases on cleaning it out. Luckily no one has got in my truck after a rain. I would be embarrassed.

Thats a thought. I will be opening up the doors here in the next few days to complete my power window conversion. I will take a look in the doors. Thanks for the advice.
