low profile spare tire solution?

I have been trying to figure out a way that I dont have to look at my spare tire hanging low behind the rear bumper on my SWB. I found that a Dodge caravan has a 145/90 16 spare. the bolt pattern is 5 x 127 and the hub bore is 71.

Anyone know if there is a reason that WONT fit w/my 5 lug (truck) conversion?

Thanks,

Re: low profile spare tire solution?

I think astro vans have the same bolt patterern as our trucks, so you could get a donut spare from one of them.
