Re: Help with turn signals !
Have you checked the flasher. They use a separate flasher for the 4-ways.

Re: Help with turn signals !
i only have 1 flasher in my truck, the 2 flasher set up is usually on bigger trucks where there would be too much of a draw on 1 circuit, i know you have a new switch but it might be bad, find your left turn wire and your right turn wire come off a hot wire under your dash and touch one or the other if they lite up you have a bad switch

Re: Help with turn signals !
The hazard switch in the column can prevent the signals from working when it fails. Try jiggling it and putting it in different positions.

Re: Help with turn signals !
the hazard switch is built into the turnsignal , its a push pull button in the right side of the colume

Re: Help with turn signals !
Not sure what you mean by "built into", but every one I've ever seen has been a small red plastic stalk, about 3/4 of an inch long, all by itself.
Do you mean it's built into the turnsignal stalk? If so, never seen that before (but I haven't seen all years, I suppose). I know if you hold mine half way in you can make one signal light come on, and a little further they'll both light up but not flash. So... have you eliminated it as a source of the problem somehow?

Re: Help with turn signals !
Ok I figured out my problem , I had flashers an figured that since they worked that the blinkers would , turns out there are two Flasher relays ,and I only had one in. Bought new ones an now have blinkers also !!!! I guess there is still alot this old truck is goin to teach me but so glad I dont have to worry about getting pulled over because I didnt signal
