Yeah...if I wasn't so deep into my current project I would buy it. I'm going to finish my 69 stepside close to stock and just drive it.

I looked at the one in Albuq. It needs a lot of work. The VIN indicates that it was orginally a long bed, but some PO cut the frame and attached a short bed. The frame has lots of patches on it. The original front diff has been replaced with a newer open knuckle with disc brakes. Power steering has been added. The diff u-joints were loose and made noise, so the whole front end likely needs a rebuild. Bumpers, although new, were just hanging on.
The good: there wasn't that much rot on it and it ran ok. |
