67-72 LFD Gas Pedal adapter mod questions...

Just ordered my LFD's Gas pedal adapter and wanted to hear from some of the guys that have it installed as to what part and #s were used. Pics would also be a plus. Seems to have GREAT Reviews from the demand and feedback from other members. Very cool product!!
Didn't want to hijack Kevin's thread so I figured I'd ask some questions here.

I bought a used 71-72 pedal from the boards here. I'm going to modify the existing 71-72 throttle cable to work with my Edlebrock 650

Re: 67-72 LFD Gas Pedal adapter mod questions...

installed the three small screws into the stock mounting location with loc tite, then installed the pedal onto the pedal bracket, placed 67chebys pedal bling over top, and then put the three long screws in that hold the pedal to the adapter.

Re: 67-72 LFD Gas Pedal adapter mod questions...

I got a 72 pedal and bracket from grandpas farm to use and also the limited edition slosh tubz bling. I will be modifying the cable end to accept my efi throttle cable. Many use a stock 71-72 throttle cable if keeping with a stock carb. The pedal and bracket usually go for around $30 in the classifieds here. Of course none of it is installed yet though just another part in the pile I know where another 72 is with a pedal in it if you have trouble finding one.

Did you get your pedal installed? Did you hook it up to a carb or injection?

I am planning on doing the same mod.
