Spindle to use with least amount of GRINDING???

Hey guys I need some help on which spindle to buy that wont require alot of grinding. This past weekend I took off the 22's off and noq Im running 8" ralley wheels. 235/70/15 up front and 275/60/15 rear

2.5" or 3" doesnt seem like that big of a deal. I'm only planning on going 4" drop up front by way of cutting the spring.

and I'm leaning toward a 5" flip kit

what brand do yall recommend and where to buy???

TKS in advance!!!

Re: Spindle to use with least amount of GRINDING???

My guess would be a CPP Modular spindle since they are only a 2" Drop.
But they cost more than the standard drop spindle.

I would just buy a set of $219 standard 2.5" drop spindles and grind the lower control arm for clearance like everyone else that runs truck ralley wheels has to do.

Make sure your new drop spindles match the width of your front rotors.
(1" or 1-1/4" wide)

Re: Spindle to use with least amount of GRINDING???

I have had Western Chassis 2.5 inch spindles on two trucks with no grinding of the LCA's. Both trucks had the 1.25 inch rotor option. I do not know if anything changes with the light duty spindle config.

Belltech is a 3" spindle. See photo 29 of their install notes http://www.belltech-store.com/extras/docs/BBGC/3100.pdf

I have the light duty rotors with 2.5" Western Chassis drop spindles and 8" rally wheels. I have done zero grinding, and have had no problems with them in the 6 or 8 years I have been running that setup.
