Paint prep

Pondering doing my 69 in satin black, thoughts? Also for prep what needs to go down before final black? Gonna pull trim from the side and will need to fill the holes there as well

Re: Paint prep

Same prep as any other good paint job. The satin is in the paint and black magnifies everything even somewhat flat black.

There is no end to good paint your vehicle info around and the main thing is to make sure that is as perfect as you can get it before you spray it. Every guy on here who has prepped and painted his own rig knows exactly where he took a short cut on the prep work even though others may not notice it easily.
