Question about drop shocks with flip kit?

I am going to spend the money to buy a full belltech system. But the thing with this kit comes drops shocks. But my question is that if I use the drop shocks for the back do I have to buy shock extenders?

Re: Question about drop shocks with flip kit?

No, you won't need shock extenders with drop shocks.

Re: Question about drop shocks with flip kit?

Would rather run shock extenders though. Sets the rear shock angle better

Re: Question about drop shocks with flip kit?

I would run shock extenders like insidious86 says also you have to grind the lower shock nut on driver side to get it on.It sits right on top of the plate were your u bolts run through.

Mine run with two and are fine. You can also weld them which is my suggestion

Re: Question about drop shocks with flip kit?

I have run drop shocks on all my lowered squares, never had an issue. Plus, the shocks bolt right up, no need to deal with the hassle of extenders.
