Re: Engine Bracket help (please)

If you're missing the steel clamshell (the half that bolts to the block):

then the clamshells from a 73 and up truck will work.
Right and left should be the same IIRC.

If you're missing the other half of the mount (the steel and rubber half the bolts to the frame) then go to the part stores

Re: Engine Bracket help (please)

4wd's use car mounts with a plate behind them like in 1981Stepside's picture. 2wd mounts are different slightly different. the 2wds all interchange from 73-87. the 4wd's interchange 73-87 and cars 73-87 maybe newer. Also as previously mentioned both big block and small block are the same.

Re: Engine Bracket help (please)

Can you tell me what the physical difference (if any) there is between the 334601 and the 334602?

Having slight alignment issue with engine fan setting closer to right side of shroud. I have the 334601 on the right (passenger) side of the engine block and the part number on opposite side is not ledgible, but i am assuming it is the 334602. This engine with mounts and all brackets came out of one owner stock 350ci 77 chevrolet C10.

Did i screw up and need to reverse these two mounts left to right to fix my issue?
