New Grille or replate the original?
I want to replace my front grill on my 70 chevy, deffinetly want the letters and that puts it at $ 957.00 with all fees and s&h.
How is the quaility and fitment for this piece? Has anyone sent there original out to be polished, chromed, or reanodized? Keep in mind, im probably like you and a lousy fitting grille with low quaility would anoy me to no end!! Just bought the headlight grille surrounds... thank god i saved the originals!! repros are junk! p.s. wish this had spell check!!

Re: New Grille or replate the original?
I'm right there with you on this! I'm wondering if there is anyone that re-finishes them.

Re: New Grille or replate the original?
Pretty much anything can be restored and in the case of the grill it can be done a heck of alot cheaper than buying a new one just find a shop that can do it right and get R done!
