Broke an exhaust bolt, easy out?

I'm installing my new exhaust today and of course I broke one of the bolts on the manifold flange. I soaked all the bolts with PB blaster about two hours ago, the drivers side came off no problem but two of the passenger side bolts are giving me trouble, one busted and the other doesn't want to move much. I sprayed the stuck one again and have been working it back and forth. So I have a good angle so I can get a drill in the broken bolt, is an easy out going to get the stud out? Any other suggestions? The heat riser valve is still in the system, is it best to leave it or should I get rid of it? Thanks!

Had a broken header bolt for a while, kept wasting gaskets... it came out a lot easier than I thought it would.. used an easy out on it....

Could you post a picture of it? Might be able to get some better suggestions. I would say if you can get a good angle on it, drill it stay as centered as possible. Use a twisted style of easy out. The squared style, in my opinion, suck.

Also, when you drill it. Use a reverse drill bit, sometimes they come right out with those.

The stud is broken off about 1/4" inside the manifold so hopefully there's not much more of it inside. I bought some new studs and they only have 1/2 of thread on them and they're supposed to be direct replacements. I have twisted and square easy outs but the twisted one seems less substantial than the square one the same size. I'm afraid it's going to break off inside and really give me a pain in the anus! Thanks!

A torch was my first thought but there's no way I'm gonna get a torch in there without starting a fire! I really don't want to have to pull the entire manifold! I have it soaking with PB Blaster right now, hopefully it comes out! Thanks!

I got them out, I had to drill out the broken studs and used a 3/8" tap to cut the thin layer of remaining stud out of the threads. I got the new studs in and they tightened up just fine. Now all I have to do is decide if beer would be appropriate at this point? Hmm? Yep! I think beer will most definately make the rest of the installation move right along!

Thanks for the confirmation on the intake of beer! I was a little hesitant but with your blessings I just cracked open an ice cold Pacifico. Tequila goes good with Pacifico, nah! I better hold off on the Patron until after I go for a test drive!

Awesome! And beer is appropriate at any time!!! :-) I ended up having to grind two of mine off. Of course I was replacing the manifolds at the same time so it wasn't too much of an ordeal.
