door gap question
i have a huge gap about an inch wide on the bottom of the door between the fender and the door i cant figure out why i know the fenders the problem im thinkin the radiator core is higher so now it wont line up .the other side is cherry i mean lazor straight lined up can some one help me fix this gap? how ig of a gap is there supoosed to be??

It sounds like the frame horn is bent causing the radiator support to lift the fender up in front. You may be able to help the gap by raising the cab to compensate. Gaps should be even and approximately 3/16" wide.

How does the door to cab look as far as reveal? I would recommend checking the front cab mounts for a compressed mount and also check the core support to make sure it has the proper mount installed (height ) good luck. Cheers, Pat

If you have new core support bushings-----and old cab mount bushings, that could be your prob.
