Re: What's in your Driveway?
I'll have to get pics later, but sadly, my driveway consists of the normal DD cars (the garage is reserved for the '55!)
1979 Jeep CJ7 - Build date is the same day I was born 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2005 Honda Accord (Wife's rolling junk drawer) 1994 Seadoo SPX Project Hardtop for the Jeep, Original Roll Bar for the Jeep (hope to have them in the garage one day!) Most Importantly, in the 2 car garage, all by it's self, is the 1955 TF on a 1990 GMC Sport 1500 Frame

Re: What's in your Driveway?
The old warhorse 71 with the matching 70 Chinook camper
The not a Chevy/GMC 31 Model A Victoria that will have a Flathead in it with a Dropped Axle, T-5 and 9 inch rear end. A real rust pile right not but I should have a rolling chassis done by March or April. I bought the engine two years ago and started hunting for a body to put it in. What is supposed to be my gas saving daily hiding behind the A with it's trans axle out due to a bad carrier in the differential. 91 GEO Prizm with a 130 hp engine and 5 speed. My other love besides GM trucks and hot rods, my 21 Ft Davidson sloop that was hooked on my son's GMC in this photo. The 51 1-1/2 ton that I have no idea what I am going to do with. It may end up with a suspension swap, short frame and small flatbed one of these days. The 48 in it's present state of disrepair. That's one of my mom's Ford 3/4 tons behind it that is now minus camper, has new white spokes and actually shines. It went next door to her house though. The bare frame that I am building for the 48's rebirth. The cab that will provide the back half of the new stretched cab for the 48. The firewall will go in my old cab to replace the one I hacked up putting firewall mounted brakes on it. Add the wife's mini van and my daughers 08 HHR and that about fills the driveway. |

The car is in the garage and has a cover on it at all times. When I have to do a massive amount of work or dirty work, I can park the truck or car in the backyard. I installed a 12 foot wide sliding gate that allows me park the car or truck in that backyard. See, that yellow wall on the other side of the truck? That's my garage and if you look closely you can see about half of the sliding gate at top of the pic. Last edited by Kabwe; 09-28-2012 at 03:33 PM. |

Re: What's in your Driveway?
I've got the GMC and my 08 hemi 4x4 Ram BigHorn in the background. My 92 Firebird 305 5 spd, 1 owner thank you very much. Also a Grand Caravan not worth showing. Very useful but about as sexy as a toaster oven on wheels...
