Bottom of door is sticking out.

I am sure you are all aware of this. It seems that after a while, the bottom of the doors (the end towards the rear) starts to stick out and then you got mud and water and other crap flying up into your cab. Is there a fairly simple way to remedy this? Should I just grab hold of the corner and start reefin? Hmmm...Maybe a 20 foot 2X4 and a running start...

Kinda sounds like the hinges are worn out, and the door latch is now misaligned. Hold up on the door handle when closing, and see if it latches tight.
