interior lights dont work in my '86 k10. why?

alright what do i look for to find out why my interior lights don't work?
here's some pictures. if its the orange fuse for interior lights, that fuse is good. is there anything wrong with that wire on the inside of the door?

what else should i do to figure out why they dont work, is there an interior switch to actually turn the interior lights on manually? i didnt see one, but im new to these trucks.

you can turn on your interior lights with your headlight switch just turn it to the end and it should bring them on

X2 on that.
Does it work when you turn the headlight switch plunger till it clicks past the detent? I've forgotten whether it's clockwise or counterclockwise.
