67 crusher save build
I finaly got this truck off the trailer and in my shop. been gathering parts i need to see if engine runs. then I need to go thru the brakes .just lookin to make it a driver for now.

ok back to the truck. I scronged up enough parts to button up the engine and start it . it started right up set the timing, ran thru the valves, sounds good. didnt have radiator hooked up so couldnt let it run for long. just wanted to see if it runs. think I got lucky . now I need to get some brakes and see how it drives. probably pull the engine this winter and clean and paint under the hood.

I got this truck running ,and the brakes replaced.have been driving it around some.not sure what I am goin to do with this truck . think i'll place an add on craigslist. and keep workin on it.anyone interested?

this is how I found this truck. It would have been crushed. the 68 short bed in the pic did get crushed.

think I'll start on the bed wood soon. I am a furniture maker so I wil machine the wood in my wood shop.not sure what kind of wood I'll use, time to go to the mill and see what they have probably be pine to keep cost down.shoping for bed hardware.
