Have what looks like a Eaton POSI unit that had 3.73 gears that I pulled out of my suburban. In good shape. Pics will be posted. $300 Shipped. Still have gears, but they are not on unit.

Eaton also made the factory posi units for our 12 bolt rear ends.

I want to be clear; the $300 is for the posi only or posi and ring gear and pinion? I am interested pending clarification.

Here is what I got, the gears wont be shipped with the unit, unless you want them, then we have to agree on shipment, 300 shipped is just for the posi. The original post is for the posi unit only. The gears are not in bad shape but there is a spot on the pinion, but its covered by the bearing when its installed. Good looking unit.

Ill start with the top and work down.

Sorry I didnt get to them yesterday, but Disney on Ice and Chuck E Cheese ate up the whole day......

Smitty - My 3.73 gears are good. I don't know much about carriers. If you say everything is there and in good shape so when I take the parts to a gear shop they can just bolt it in I will take the carrier. Thanks, Pete

Everything is there and it was fine in the Burb. I havent taken the side clutches out, but you may want to get them checked out. Ill pm you the paypal. Ill take all the bearings and gear off. Everything else will be in the box.
