Re: Say it aint so...

I've seen ads like this all the time. I think if these people had anything worthwhile they would put pictures up and take the time to describe a little more.

I've seen the crush ads, junkyard ads, keep ads, and even the if I don't sell it this week I'm restoring it and selling it for a bazillion dollars ads. All seem to run on and off for months.

I doubt any of them are serious.

Re: Say it aint so...

its so sad that he didnt give us more time... what did he find out yesterday he is moving? lol i live in indiana but for 14 trucks at scrap price i would make the trip and part out the really rough ones then resell the others..... someone live close that is willing to actually go look at them? im sure there is potential in at least a few of these trucks.... or at least useable parts... come on guys thats 14 potential show trucks....

Re: Say it aint so...

And they are gone, all he has left is some misc. parts. I drove over there last night.
The odd thing is, his dad owns a wrecking yard, down the road a bit. I was talking to him on the phone and he said come look at what I have before I take it..and I was about 30 minutes from him and he sent me an email stating somebody just bought all the trucks. I still continued on just to see what he had...nothing I was interested in and what I was interested in he acted like it was gold.
