Every truck came with one, its the build sheet for the truck. If your real lucky its still in one piece behind the top part of your truck seat, I was able to take photos of one that I had in a seat that I picked up at the junk yard.

I thought it was cool to find this and know that it belongs with my truck. Not shown in the picture is the serial/vin number that is above the order number. Also cool is to see the dealership name that it went to which is still in business today.
