2wd front hub question
i just replaced the front hub on my 2001 gmc sierra, not a problem at all.
i was wondering after inspecting the old worn out one, if it would be possible to grease them with out just replacing them? i pulled the abs wire out and it looks like you could get some grease in through there with a little effort.. would this hurt the abs sensor? it didnt look like it hurt anything at all, when i took the wire out. has anyone else tried to grease theirs before it was too late? i might just try this on the otherside if no else has just to see for myself i know its a matter of time before it goes out anyway maybe im just bored but it aggravates me that i cant clean and pack these bearings and have to throw hub away..... |
