I accidentally bought the large hump version and needed the small hump. $50 shipped within the CONUS.

can the high hump be cut down for the low hump?

Since it's in two pieces you should be able to cut the middle section to make it fit, when you install it the middle sections would overlap so you would see what needs to be cut.

No glue needed, just lays under the carpet.

The description states it's rubber but it seems more like Dynamat but not as expensive
