Frame Horn Help Please

So the previous owner bent the ends of the front frame horns out to make space for a custom front bumper, even cutting a section out on the drivers side. I'm trying to bend them back so I can put a stock bumper back on. On the rear, the bumper was twisted 10 ways from sunday and in the process looks like it bent the horns on the rear. I am thinking they need to be square with the frame?

I was wondering if someone could get me dimensions as to how these should be placed, as well, take some up close shots of stock ones so I can see what they should be like.

Re: Frame Horn Help Please

The best way is to hang a good bumper on there, and keep pulling it back off, and beating on the frame rail ends, untill it fits nice.

Re: Frame Horn Help Please

Dont have a good bumper at the moment. Debating on just cutting the front horns off and splicing in some off a different frame.
