Dale Jr car show
Here are the pictures I got.
Dale Jr doesn't own the blazer and truck His shop guy Sonny does. Jr owns the camaro though.

Toby   Josh & his wife Kristy   Donnie & Patty    Jeff    The other Geoff  There was another member there but he didn't have his truck. Fred and his wife and kids. It was great meeting everyone and see old friends again. Great day. long drive but worth it.

Some more pics! The guy who owned the blazer and truck wouldn't let me see the motors. He said they were dirty and he didn't have time to clean them porperly. He also told me he takes the blazer off road regularly. Very nice guy hope he get's on here and posts up some more on them. I told him rumor on here was they were dale's vehicles and he just got to drive them, he liked that a lot!

Driving 80MPH and looking through a digital camera ant easy folks let me tell ya! Lol...
80 MPH @ just a little over 2200 RPM's ant bad for a 4:10 gear with overdrive.

Hey Andy we had a great time, it was good to see you and Toby again and met Jeff and the other's.........
I just wish Buck had been there so ya could had met him, he did so much on the 69 build,,, Lots of nice rides there today, I liked the Impala wagon.

FWIW - The nice red stepper (not mine) @ 11:50am belongs to Hal Kinder from Mint Hill, N.C. A nice $$$ ride and he cruises alot in the Charlotte area.

Had fun seeing everyone and your trucks. Didn't get to hang out quite as much as I'd have liked. Wouldn't be fair to the wife to leave her tending to both kids by herself.
Hopefully by the next time everyone gets together I'll have my pile back together. |
