Re: any good threads for replacing back floor
I replaced my entire rear floor and tailpan by myself. It's not that bad of a job, you just have to work away and get it done. So rewarding once it's done and everything is solid from the hump back to the tailgate. Let me know if you need anything.

Re: any good threads for replacing back floor
The floor removal was a nice writeup but I feel the guy writing the article never followed up with it, maybe have junked the project or just fell off the face of the earth. I even wrote him an email to the address he had listed and no response. I happen to have a 1 piece GM rear floor for a 77-91 complete with tailpan and all body mounts and bolts. If I ever get around to doing the job I'll be doing the quarter panels and rockers at the same time. Still looking for affordable clean full GM quarters. It isn't totally bolt-in but it is pretty damn close from the looks of it. 15571692 is the part number. The big issue holding me up is nobody makes a reproduction rear channel that the rear floorpan bolts to and some other braces but nobody reproduces them. I need the channel the quarter panel sits on and the bottom of the front outer seatbelts bolt to. Haven't seen anything other than some Youtube videos of people putting them together with some "fabrication"
