Ok I'm Confused, need help

I have been gathering parts for a 6.0 swap and I have been looking at buying the No limit Engineering front suspension set up.
It would be going on a 1991 1/2 ton suburban, nice clean truck want it to go faster and handle a little better.
So here is the problem, No Limit will not sell me the kit based on my model year, they say its for up to 87 only, I have explained that the suburbans never changed, same body same suspension up until 1991.
Same answer form No Limit, we do not recommend this set up for a 1991 suburban.

Am I missing something?

Thanks

Keith

I'm like you, I always thought that they were the same till 91.

Just tell them you've got an 87 model year.

I don't think there should be any difference and at that point, some of the younger guys just think 88 was the cut-off.

Tell them you specifically have a "V1500" Suburban. In 1991, they never made a "C" or "K" for our body style (that went to the new ifs pickups).

If they still don't understand, just say 87......

Re: Ok I'm Confused, need help

from what i understand the suburban suspension was the same from 81-91 as far as half tons go. cant blame this on the younger guys bro, no limit is a guy that looks like he is in his 40s..
