Funny (to me) Craigslist ad

Dunno if this is even worth posting. I have no comments on the truck or price etc etc. I just thought the pictures he posted for something he was trying to sell were kind of funny.

Re: Funny (to me) Craigslist ad

Seems like you could make a couple hundred extra bucks by buying most of these trucks, airing up the tires, blowing out the interior with a leaf blower, putting soap and water on them and taking decent pictures. I don't know why so many people need so much help doing the simplest advertising. How hard would it have been to pull the cover off?

That looks like one of those "yes dear, I really am trying to sell that Suburban you hate but no one has answered my Craigslist add" adds.

LOL!! A different perspective! I didn't think about it like that but you could be onto something!

careful what you say guys. The staff doesn't like these types of threads and you'll get a warning on your account. I know from personal experience

They consider it bashing cause the seller might be a member here.

Just a heads up.

Yeah I know about the bashing rule ... I dont think we are bashing the truck or anything like that. Just funny way to try and sell something. Liz will give me the smack down if I'm outta line =)

Re: Funny (to me) Craigslist ad

I have always noticed this about pics in cl ads...
sometimes you will get a front shot, so that you can't even see the side of the car, I saw one a few weeks back, "56 chevy belair" - that was it , and the front shot, you couldn't tell if it was a hardtop , sedan, wagon, anything-

imo if you are trying to really sell something, the two shots that have to be posted, are 3/4 front lh, and 3/4 rear rh, if not no one will know what you are offering for sale.
