Air Management Setup Pictures
Looking for some ideas and wanted to see how you set up your air management, that is the layout of your tanks, compressors, valves, etc.
Let's see what your great minds have designed.

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
Who was the vendor that came up with something like a drop down battery box? They aren't producing it yet, but it sure was slick.

This one is Nacho's that Delmo built. I saved the pic because I really like the way it was done.

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
I mounted all my Accuair components in a box. Compressor is in the same location on passenger side. Two three gallon tanks mounted on the frame rails. The supply side of the system is all 1/2" hard lines supplying both inputs to the valve block, the feed side is 3/8" plastic lines.

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
They run $79 a piece... or the pair for $150.

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
I don't know for sure. They are designed to be used with a 3 gallon tank... and I have mocked it up with the aluminum ridetech tanks, but not sure if the air pod would fit as a unit.

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
Mine will be similar to this only mounted to the frame rather than the bridge. I am not using the Accuair mount because my tank is too big. But it will be similar.

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
If you are going to run a rear fuel tank it seems real estate gets limited to hide a tank if you are going to keep a stock bed floor. Has anyone put the stuff behind the seat?? I know the tank will fit but will the compressor(s) drive you crazy? I've never had a full air suspension system so I don't have a feel for how much the compressors would run? I'm guessing the intake noise is the majority so you could duct the pickup out the floor or something. What do you think?

Re: Air Management Setup Pictures
I personally wouldn't recommend placing the compressor in the cab... I think you will regret it in the first few minutes.
