is this harness for a set-up with full guages or is it for just the 3 basic guages

Is the fuse block in as good shape? Mines got rust on the connections where the fuses go. What about the front harnesses? Are they 'uncut' as well? My truck is a '68 with fuel, oil pressure, ammeter, temp and speedo guages. Would these be the same?
