Tried some Lucas Tranny Fix in my '69

My '69 has been shifting a tad rough. I'm a snake oil skeptic, but I'll be damned if this stuff hasn't helped.

I'll run it like this for a while, then I'll drain all the tranny fluid, and install new fluid, with maybe a bit more of this stuff.

Good to know! The Puick has been shifting a little hard since the drive through the Rockies! Thanks!

Re: Tried some Lucas Tranny Fix in my '69

A buddy of mine who has worked, at,and owned tranny shops all his life told me about adding cans of crap to trannys when they're acting up. It is designed to soften seals, and does...to the point of ruining them.

I use and like that stuf to stop small seal leaks. No problems so far.About three years and counting.
