Power steering box

What power steering box are you using? The one of my 67 c10 is shot.

If i'm changing it out, just want to get some feed back on what others have tried.

I just want something reliable and hopefully bolt on ready.

A power steering box with 3.5 turns lock to lock vs. The 4.5 would be better, but would like to hear from those that have driving with the 3.5 boxes.

Thanks

Re: Power steering box

I just swapped from a 4.5 to a 3.5. I like it! When I go around these particular corners on the way to work, I don't have to put one hand over the other anymore - just turn the wheel and keep my hands in the same spot. More sporty.

Re: Power steering box

I went from manual to the 3.5 box.I have never liked how soft the PS on the 68-72 trucks felt.I wouldn't bother to swap a manual or PS for anything else.

Unknown sorry. Came loose with a truck I bought.

Also, the shop who rebuilt it was able to tune it for more effort. I didn't want that 'soft' feel on this one.
