Powder coating A Arms
I have a new set of Porterbuilt control arms That I need to powder coat. So what I am wondering is, do I need to leave the balljoints out or put the in before I have them done.

I agree, I wouldn't want to put those in an oven lol. You powder coater may be a little pissed when his shop smells like burnt rubber bushings and grease

Also DO NOT powdercoat inside the machined pieces where the bushings and ball joints go... or they won't fit!

When I shoot powder, I use plugs for all treaded holes and mask off mounting surfaces (like bushings or bearing races). If the shop doing the powder doesn't know what to mask off, I wouldn't leave my parts there.
