1/2 ton overloads

Here is a set of overloads for a 1/2 ton truck. $50 plus shipping, they are pretty heavy. Thanks Randy

If you still have them...


Are those the factory style that mount behind the axle or the aftermarket type that mount to the frame in front of the axle and touch against the trailing arms?

I think they are factory but not for sure they were off the truck when I got it. How can I tell for sure? Thanks Randy

They look like a factory set of overloads. Look on the glove box sticker and see if they are listed. I have a couple of sets of the factory ones - I'll look at them and see if they look just like yours Randy.

The set I have looks similar to those but is only 1 leaf and the bracket is different,also has a plate for them to land on when used on.

I have two sets of them (Factory overloads). Both sets were listed on the glove box options sticker. The first set here are off a 69 factory big block half ton. The other plate with the rubber snubber are not in this picture.

This set is on a 72 Cheyenne Super longbed half ton. You can see the rubber bumper in this picture. Both sets are identical.
