PTO Cover Plates...

Anyone know where I can get a PTO cover plate besides Northwest Fabworks?

...is yours worn out or something? There are a bunch of places to get them...I know Novak makes them. Years back, I made my own out of some 3/8" clear polycarb.

Thats what I would do. I think they are the same on the 205, and the sm465 transmission. Dont know if the 203 had them or not.

The PTO plate size and shape was a standard set by the Society of Automotive Engineers almost 60 years ago. All 6 bolt PTO covers are interchangeable regardless if they come off a John Deere Tractor, Kenworth, SM465, 203, 205, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, etc.

Search Google by SAE 6 bolt PTO cover and you will pull up lots of sources. Chances are your local big truck dealership has them in stock or lying in the scrap pile after installing PTO accessories. Here is one source that pulled up and another source . They are less than $7 a peice
