73-87 motor mount on 67c20 frame misfit
I have a 67 c20 with a 73-87 c20 front crossmember the v8 motor perches from the 73-87 dont fit well on top of the frame. Anyone gone thru this before? Its look like the top of the 67 frame is wider than the newer one. The truck was originaly coming with a 6

This is what we did, just cut square tubeing and spaced the top. It is a 86 front crossmember on a 68 frame with motor mounts from the 86
