First, will these fit on a 66 1/2 ton? (not my ad)

I'm pretty sure the center hole will be too small, but thought I would ask. Is is possible to hog that hole out enough without damaging the wheels?

Secondly, I have some of the older style stock steel wheels that have the clips for hubcaps, but no shoulders. Is there a way to use the newer hubcabs with these?

Sorry if I'm asking dumb questions I did try searching and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
