Spare tire mounts

I need two pictures. One from an 87 LWB spate tire mounted under the bed, and one from an 82 LWB K20 spare tire mounted under the bed

Re: Spare tire mounts

I need a picture of location

And not completely, I have one for my 82 but it has 16 inch so it won't work on my 87 with 15 inch rims. There is a cross member there and I need to see if the tire mounts behind it

Re: Spare tire mounts

Ok, there is a cross frame back there seems like it would interfere with tire sitting in the straight.

Re: Spare tire mounts

Previous owner removed mine because they were damaged. I keep forgetting to see if the trucks in the salvage yard have them...

Rust took one of mine away. Good thing I had my spare carrier chained up for antitheft purposes. One moment I'm driving down the road and hit a bump, the next moment I'm dragging something which turned out to be my spare and what was left of a crossmember.

Alex.

Alex.
Ontario and Quebec use almost as much salt as New York State. I always pressure wash the GMC after a run to Montreal.
