Full Wheel Cover ?
Picked up a few nice full or deluxe wheel covers several weeks ago. Won't fit my rallys but nice shape other than missing a couple of the fake lug nuts. Blue painted Chevy logo in the centers. Also got a couple damaged caps with the lug nuts still in place. Is it possible to remove the fake lug nuts from the damaged caps and install to the caps needing them? Never messed with these before and they are in nice shape except for missing couple fake nuts.
