looking for aftermarket 67-72 overloads
Sort of looking for aftermarket 67-72 overloads. they use ubolts on the frame and touch against the trailing arms. Seen them a few times but don't know if they are still produced new (doubt it). I'd like to stiffen up the rear on the '70 (already have the factory overloads).

I think those are the factory style, like what I have that come from behind the axle and hit against a pad at the axle. I'm looking for ones that touch against the trailing arms themselves.

overloads
I have a set of overloads that you are looking for. They are kind of heavy so shipping will be high. $40 for the overloads & $20 for shipping. If shipping is less than that I'll reimburse you........Zoomy

What you describe is stock on the 3/4 ton '69 2wd, because I have them. I actually have them on both of my trucks. the bracket is located right in front of where the rear bumper mounts to the frame. The spring actually dips down, and if the bed overloads contacts rubber pads (located on the shock mount plates) on the trailing arms behind the axle on the ends.
You don't need aftermarket. If I had a gallon of Kroil and some time I'd sell you the ones on my parts truck, but I bet someone else has a set laying around. Remember the shock plates and the rubber pieces. You'll need those to make them effective.

That is the factory style. I already have factory style and I want more. The aftermarkets mount in front of the axle and contact the trailing arms.
