Suspension lift question

What is a shackle flip? Did blazers have the leaf springs above or below the axle when it left the factory? I think my blazer has a lift on it now but not sure how much. I want to replace the leaf springs but don't want to change the ride height. Can any of you show me pictures of what your rides look like with 33 inch tires and post what size lift you had? If your using blocks could you post a pic of the lift block too? Thank you. Any help is apreciated.
