1961 Hydramatic Tranny
I bought a 61 GMC that has one of those Hydramatics in it, personally I have no use for it, it bolts up to a 305v6, are these worth trying to sell or even keeping around? I hate to scrap it but I dont have a use for it and dont have unlimited storage haha

Re: 1961 Hydramatic Tranny
Fairly rare early automatics - there are likely some collectors that might be interested in it for restoration purposes. They go back into the early 50's - I almost picked up a 55.1 truck with an original one in it - but it would really only be useful for a collector/restorer, so might consider advertising in Hemmings or something like that first (and here, of course).
