Dash holes?

Hi! What controls go in the remaining two holes above the radio, and to the right of the headlight switch? Seems like there are too many holes!

I think for the middle hole above the radio, I could put an accessory plug?
Then the one next to the headlight hole, I could drill it out with a hole saw for a volt meter? Ideas?

Re: Dash holes?

Left of column: Headlamp then choke then column wiper then plugged ( have seen lighter there as an assecory) then manual throttle for PTO. Below your dvd screen and mounted under the dash were 2 knobs that worked the manual kick vents

Re: Dash holes?

Thanks, a throttle? Hm, I guess I'll do like I wrote; an accessory outlet (middle above the radio), to the right of it- a switch for future use. The one next to the headlight, I'd like to have a voltmeter.
Something to ponder, thanks!

Re: Dash holes?

Original trucks had a hand throttle for running a pto in neutral or setting the speed in granny low (say for creeping across a field bucking hay bales). My wifes aunt remembers her dad (wifes grandfather) setting the throttle in the grain truck she steered to keep up with the combine. The lighter will function as an accessory plug, I got one recently so the knob would match. The guy sells them on ebay (with the black knob) regularly for around $20. You can get chrome repops too from the aftermarket places. I used my choke for auxiliary gas tank switch, throttle will be used for cargo/backup lights. Old ignition switch hole will house the 4wd indication light (come on when I lock in the 4wd so I don't forget when I get back to pavement).
