'89 K1500 EC U-joints
I have to replace the U-joints on my driveshaft and it appears that maybe the front U-joint is different than the rear U-joint. I haven't removed them yet, but I noticed that the rear U-joint has slots in the cups for the cup retainer that bolts to the knuckle at the diff. I was wondering if anyone could verify that fact...?

Re: '89 K1500 EC U-joints
After getting deeper in to this job I realized that the front and rear U-joints are different, indeed. With two trips to the auto parts store I have the correct U-joints. The U-joint I needed at the transfer case on the rear driveshaft is a Precision 354 and the rear U-joint is a Precision 355. PS: I passed on the MasterPro U-joints made in China for the made in USA parts.
