new needle valve could be sticking?
i put a new needle valve in my holly 4412. when i blow through the fuel line it works as it should shutting off the flow as i lift the bowl. but when i let the bowl go down it sticks, and i have to blow hard to get it to unseat. is the fuel preasure gunna be enough to push through it? ..

Jake, I have found that this is a result of ethanol in the Gasoline. I have the same trouble in my forklift- I finally bought non-ethanol at a local station after I got tired of having to take the carb top off. Id recommend that you buy some "stabil" and put in your tank to lube the needle and seat- HTH
