http://store.summitracing.com/partde...2D21715&view=4 this set is designed for full sized trucks. I have a flipped rear axle, & used a universal set for a car. They are a little short of the spring eye, but otherwise fit/work ok. If your axle is in stock location, & you just removed a couple leafs, you will need the set in the Summit link(for the extra lenght on the mount brackets). good luck, crazyL

IMO, you should NEVER use a set of "universal fit" traction bars. the only time they are ok to use is if they are long enough to contact teh spring eye like they're supposed to. if they're anywhere but at the spring eye, it creates a stress point in the spring that shouldnt be there. i have seen quite a few sets of cracked leaf springs, due to traction bars that were too short.

yes, the slapper bar should contact the eye of the spring(thats the proper way). With that said, I have had those slappers "planted" very hard, with warmed up 461" Olds(500ft lbs tork).....the snubbers are a little short of the eyes, but They havent broken those stiff old longhorn springs On a car, I would be a little leary tho......crazyL
