Recommendations needed for my truck

Recommendations needed for my truck

Hello all

My brother and I are in the middle of a frame off restoration/hotrod build of a 1971 GMC short. I was hoping that from time to time I could come here for recommendations of vendors. Currently I wanted to see if you could recommend for the following.

Gas Tanks other than Ricks Stainless

Billet parts interior/exterior

Performance wheels lightweight/mesh look other than forgeline or Fikse

Lights, markers and lamps other than Dakota digital

It’s not that I am avoiding these vendors but they are the only ones I know of and would like to at least try and compare some of the other vendors. These vendors are all exceptional and I have used them in the past on projects but on a budget build I would like to try and find a secondary source if at all possible.

I promise I will get some pictures together of the build and start a page. I actually think it would be lot’s of fun to get input on the build and also end a few arguments between my brother and I. FYI if it’s up to my brother he could bankrupt Bill Gates on a build.

thanks

I've ordered from Brothers. They are great. They should have most of what you need, including the side markers. LMC looks good too, but I haven't ordered from them yet
