Bent Torque Thrust - can I fix it?

I don't know how this happened, but my 17" Torque Thrust got bent. The bend is on the inside of the rim, luckily. I can only air up the tire to a certain pressure before it starts to leak from this bend.
Is this something I could fix, or is my only option taking it to a repair place?
Thanks

I suppose you could hammer it back, if you were SUPER UBER careful...

A good repair shop shouldn't charge that much. Just make sure they keep it in round! Last wheel I had done (locally, here) cost me a 5 pack (lol) and the one before that was $18 after tax...
