Is it safe to assume that the sterring shaft will fit a '70? Mine is sperated at the top end and causes movement (back and forth) at the sterring wheel, is this one tight? If yes and yes then I will take it!

Due to what shipping would cost I can't do it. Shipping was quoted at $12. I realize the large piece will be the bulk but you can see there is only 13 bucks difference of what you are buying. Sorry
